Very nice stay. Everything was clean, and quiet.

Room was amazing, real cosy vibe. The windows being full height really made the experience for me. Really enjoyed looking down at the street and seeing everything going on. Staff were amazing and really helped us with our luggage forwarding - they triple checked everything was correct with the form even go so far as to ring the destination hotel to confirm the address.

This hotel is gorgeous. Bathroom was not as nice as other hotels around Japan but I def would stay here again. We knew nothing of Sendai but wanted to stop and check it out on our way up to Hokkaido and Sapporo.

I stayed in a standard double room. It's compact and clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I recommend this hotel.
