Nice stay

The hotel advertises they have a restaurant every evening, but I was advised on check in that restaurant wasn’t open on my first night. I thought this was rather poor given it is a hotel airport and there was no forewarning so I couldn’t make other meal plans. Otherwise great stay.

the room was big, beds were good, but the bathroom and its layout was really bad. the bathroom doors open right into the second queen bed, I mean literally. There is a bunch of space between the beds and the other wall, but the space between the bed and the bath entrance is the smallest and inadequate. The bathroom had both a tub and a separate shower, but no shower head in the tub, so you have to use the shower. The shower is tiny. The vanity was odd and uncomfortable, not enough storage area because of the weird sink design, and the faucet placement is bad. It would have been much better to just have one normal shower or one normal tub. I asked to switch room and was told that all dual bed rooms are like that.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a clean environment, and a memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back!

NH is a great hotel to stay at near the Geneva airport. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful. Our check in was efficient, welcoming and warm. Thank you Laila. The room clean and quiet, the restaurant good and convenient. Will stay again coming and going from flights to Geneva.

Well located, bus to and from Geneva airport only 10 mins. Easy to get to the town centre. Right across the street from the large shopping centre within supermarket, shops, amenities. Room small but as it's a budget hotel did not expect a larger room. Daily cleaning was a bit under standard.

Property was rather small and not really suited to older people due to very narrow steep steps to access the apartment

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the airport shuttle was great!
