1st time staying at this hotel. The only positive feedback to share is there is friendly staff. The check in process was awful. Rooms were not ready for hours after 4pm, many people trying to check in and rooms were not cleaned/ready on time. Very unorganized and a stressful way to start a vacation. ...

I have been an annual guest for over ten years and have always enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The resort has great accommodations and amenities. Very spacious and clean. In walking distance to eateries, gift shops, and recreational facilities.
