Ok place great location right on beach however rooms could use updates and had smell of dampness in the room bars and restaurants great! Best hot shower I had out of my 3 hotel stays during my trip!!

I choose another hotel based on review. I changed on day of arrival to Fontainbelue and let me tell you, hotel is clean , nice , friendly staff and so many things to offer .. it is expensive but everything in south beach is expensive . This is one of the best place I have taken my family to ( we are 6 ,, my 4 kids loved the resort )

Loves this property - it's well-kept, quiet, and the staff is amazing. It's well -situated on the Beach Walk and the shorefront is calm and not heavily populated.

Hotel is located on the beach. Even at full capacity the beach wasn’t too busy. More space here than the hotels on the busier section of the beach. We will come back to stay here again.

The location was good but in a very busy area, which I should have known. The room was a bit small for our family of four but housekeeping did a great job. The lobby and 5th floor with pool and dining area were very cool. The laundry area for guests was a real benefit as we went through clothes quickly.

We stayed at the top floor with nice views. The staffs were very friendly and quickly solved the internet problem.
