Maui Beach Vacations

Upon arriving the desk clerk was a little short .I thought it was we were chevking in late. We were asked to pay 40.00 a night for parking self park or 45.00 a day valet parking.wow so for our stay of 13 days it was 480.00 The staff at the restaurant was short we had ants on our table and asked to sit elsewhere. When we were moved the staff was rude. Another couple sat at the same table only to be moved due to ants.the cleaning staff were great and the rooms were kept.While checking out The person on the desk was short.We asked to take care of our tab so we could just leave and not have to check out in the am with the crowd she acknowledged but went on to do other things we askef again and it seemed like we were bothering her .i think a class in customer service would be a good idea. Gorgeous property with wonderful staff. The food was amazing at all restaurants. Our only complaint is that it took a long time to get service at the adult only pool.

The hotel rooms are dated and need renovation. Longer hours at the Burger Shack would be great. Extended hours in the Lounge area would be better. Spa should also extend hours as well.

This was our second time here. It is a beautiful property in a heavenly location. The staff is kind and attentive. It’s a great place for families. We will return!

I loved everything about the property The ocean view was most beautiful. I can’t wait to return!
