Excellent hotel. I will come back again. From the lobby you can see the cable car already, you can hop in and go.
Free drinking water, nice quiet room, premium bedding. Window is open 5 inch by default. But no worry, nobody can enter your room from the window. So it is safe.
There is a little incident though. When I was near the elevator, the guy on the main floor think I am not a guest, so I showed my room key card to prove I am a guest. If he could just drop judgement & leave me alone please.
I mean, even IF I am not a guest, if I am inside the elevator I couldn't go up anyway, since it needs a room key card to operate the elevator.
Everything else is nice. This hotel is located in the nice part of SF.
