I've stayed at the Outrigger several times. The staff is very friendly. At the guest services (front desk), Ligaya helps with accommodations and is very attentive.
The waitresses at Duke's are very friendly. Especially Holly, who works in the pool area.
I would like to thank the waitresses from Hula Grill: Lynn, Enah, and Brooke for their attentive service.
Thanks also to the guys from the swimming pool: Oly, Piter and Benjamin. They were always cheerful and friendly. The house keeper was cleaned well and towels were changed daily. The hotel management was excellent. We felt like we were at home.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
