Check-in was very seamless, room was very clean and the location was great. Really enjoyed my stay.

The property was perfectly located close to great locations. Felt stuffy at times, but it was in the middle of a heat wave. There was some malfunction with the electricity in the bathroom. The lights kept going off and we could hear some shocking sounds at times. Otherwise the staff were great and the breakfast was delicious.

We loved staying at the Átlantico! The rooms are impeccable and they’ve thought of every detail—plenty of outlets for charging; lovely spacious bathrooms with double sinks; comfy chairs for resting in the room; plenty of lighting options; and excellent air conditioning. Personnel were kind, thoughtful and friendly. Reception was helpful and courteous when we needed a taxi and to store a couple of bags between stays. Breakfast was lovely, the breakfast room overlooked Gran Via, and the buffet was complete and consistently well stocked. Coffee machines were easy to use and coffee was good. Personnel were always present and friendly. We would stay at the Átlantico again in a minute!

The staff was really nice! The hotel had these Telly nice hats that they were giving out that my husband didn’t take off! Lmao! It was nice start and there’s really nice restaurants within walkable distance.
