Great staff. Maggie and Raad were great in the breakfast restaurant and the front desk staff was very helpful as well. Everyone was eager to help with a smile to go with it.

Pro: room was newly renovated, super central location
Con: Air con stopped working in middle of night, got moved to twin bed room when we had booked a double. No compensation offered. Phone in room didn't work. Some drilling noise during the day.
