The Brecks All inclusive Vacations

On a positive note, our room was quiet - despite our proximity to a runway. The bed was barely adequate. Very small. We were irritated by guest room dishes in the hall. Especially as housekeeping was working in nearby rooms. They never cleaned them up. They were there the next morning. Bad form IMO. The lounge was closed without explanation. So no World Cup game. It seemed like the hotel was on life support.

The good: Location, location, location: close to Victoria train station, major attractions, shopping, restaurants, and Chinatown. Decent breakfast a definite plus. Clean. The not so good: Tight Bathroom even for one person, forget two people in there. Very weak shower water pressure made bathing a challenge. Fairly hard mattress. No room service. No ice machine Narrow corridors with cleaning carts making walking single file.

The rooms were very small compared to other RIU hotels. The staff were not very friendly, and the breakfast was not very good compared to other RIU properties I have stayed at. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. I have come to expect from RIU hotels.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly a gorgeous hotel with outstanding staff in a very central and convenient location. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court was devine!

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and well maintained. The only negatives, would be that it is located far away from things to do.It is walking distance from the airport but no way to walk there, $30 Uber for a 5 min drive.

High quality hotel very close to terminal 5 at Heathrow so ideal for catching an early flight.

This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.
