Pelee Island All inclusive Vacations

The staff were all courteous, friendly and exceptional. The room was clean but we didn't like the fact there wasn't a mini fridge in the room. I couldn't save any of my leftovers from eating out.

We appreciated that the valet service was complimentary; however, we would have preferred free self-parking (you have to pay to self park). Each time we wanted to go somewhere, we had to wait for the valet to retrieve our vehicle, which added unnecessary waiting time to our day. We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV remote was not working, and unfortunately it could not be fixed that evening. The staff did address the issue the following day. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, for a tower of this size, the pool seemed somewhat small and could have been larger to better accommodate guests.

Overall, I had a good stay. The room was clean, and the property was well maintained. My only complaint was the staff at Vig Deli. They weren’t very friendly—they simply handed me my food without saying thank you or showing any appreciation for my business. A little better customer service would have made the experience much more welcoming. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

Overall this hotel did the job but was not as nice as advertised. Older rooms and facilities, $40 per day for parking, highway noise was loud in the mornings. Breakfast was also just a standard cereal/yogurt/toast bar nothing special.

First issue: the street facing room are very noisy at night - fire truck, people talking, motorcycle... poor window sound insulation. Second, the stove seems to leak gas as we cook and we need to air out the gas smell. Third, the toaster got our bagel on fire and fire alarm went off. I am not sure if the property properly tested all their appliances. We would probably consider another place next time as they don't seem to care much. Two good things to say is that it's clean and spacious.

The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :) We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious! Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful. Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Clean, quiet, beautiful landscaping and prime location.

The hotel and room were very nice. The room itself was large and clean. Very comfortable. Easy to walk to restaurants in the area.

Best hotel ever and I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels. Family friendly. A real wow experience!

Very helpful staff, convenient garage parking across the street however, of course, you are paying for it. The bar was not operational yet due to lack of permit. Once that is established, it would make it an even better stay. Nice facility overall, good size room and a great fancy toilet in the room with fancy functions. :) Definitely recommend staying here, great location.

Planet Hollywood was fine, not as nice as it could have been but good enough for me.
