Vinh Long Province All inclusive Vacations

The hotel is beautiful the amenities not so much. Food was mediocre the coffee espresso machine in the room was broken . they charged me for every soda bottle I drank so for $300 a night they could do better. The pool area is stunning and so is the beach.

The room cleanliness was superb & this was maintained throughout our stay. We really like the idea of being ecologically friendly with the changing of bed linen & towels on request only. The staff always has a smile & a good morning for us. The welcome platter was a beautiful touch. The very disappointing thing during our stay was lack of available sun beds by the pool & beds being reserved with towels & not used for the greater part of the day. I only managed to get a sunbed on our final day for a couple of hours in the late afternoon. As this was the last week of a very busy 3 week trip to Vietnam that was supposed to be all about relaxing by the pool with my book I was quite put out. Also at breakfast time it was sometimes extremely busy & hard to find a table. The staff seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the amount of work they had to do & very often foods were not replenished in a timely manner & the coffee machines were often ‘out of action’ We also found the service to be lacking at the Spice Restaurant, after waiting 35 minutes to order a drink (it was not busy) & then told that our first 3 drink choices were not available ( which one of them was fresh coconut?????) Having said that the hotel itself is beautiful with fabulous views & we certainly loved our stay on Con Dao Island.
