Clwyd All inclusive Vacations

The price was very good for the central location. The flat was cleaned and smelled fresh with fresh towels and toiletries. Very spacious and convenient for groups. However, there was a smell of sewage coming from the shower drain and there was mold and rust all over. I paid an extra £10 for an early check in but I couldn't enter straight away because there was a delay in sorting my code and I couldn't contact the administration because they didn't pick up my messages or calls until about 20 minutes past my early check in. I hope these issues can be sorted out because the other aspects of this property were very good!

After arriving in Liverpool got phone & check where to go

The hotel is in an ideal location, right in the middle of Liverpool one and 5 minutes from lime street station. The staff were brilliant especially Stevie who was very welcoming to me and my partner. The rooms are fantastic for the price and location especially on a match-day and could not fault it at all.

Decent room needs better and more chairs seems rather empty

Hotel was nice but tired. And the lift was out of order all during stay. Not a problem for me but had to help two laps up the stairs as the could not carry there cases. Thought the hotel should have done.
