Uppland All inclusive Vacations

We stayed for 5 nights for a small holiday in Stockholm. On arrival it was a really nice location by the water and adjoined to on of Stockholm's many national parks. The hotel felt smart and sleek. You were well looked after by staff if you needed anything. We were English speaking and that wasn't an issue. Breakfast was well thought out. A good selection of hot and cold options, bread station, coffee, juice and pastries. The only issues we had were we were travelling as three with our young daughter. We had to ask each day for towels for the room as it was made up for two each time. We also after booking were told there was on additional cost of roughly £30 per night for a bed for my daughter to have her own bed set in the room. That may not have been the properties fault and the issue might of lied with hotels.com. we did search as a family of three and everywhere we've stayed in the past you would always have a separate bed for your child to sleep inclusive in your booking price. We did make this clear to the hotel but this was their policy and additional charge for a bed for your child. I think having known that beforehand we would have chosen somewhere else to stay as to us it's a hidden upsell cost that's unfair and unclear to the guest. Again this issue could lie with hotels.com or the hotel depending on how they advertise it to potential customers. We did have a lovely stay and holiday though. And located nicely out of the bustle of the city.

I only stay at Bank Hotel when I visit Stockholm. Everything about it is of the highest standard, no detail goes unnoticed. The staff are friendly and wonderful, the breakfast provided is outstanding.

Very nice location. The room was really clean and modern. Here are some points of attention: minnibar conso are displayed on the TV, so if you do not switch it on, you don't know if the items displayed are free, or not. Also, the fitness and spa area are only accessible by reservation.

I had an okay stay at Hotel Reisen overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good—perfect for exploring Stockholm and within easy walking distance of many sights, restaurants, and the waterfront. One minor downside was that there weren’t many breakfast options nearby that opened before 9:00 a.m., which was inconvenient when I had an early start. The main disappointment was the wellness area. The sauna was quite crowded during my visit, making it difficult to relax. The pool was also much smaller than I expected and felt more like the size of a cold jacuzzi tub than a proper pool. Unfortunately, it also did not appear to be very clean. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and clean, comfortable rooms, but the wellness facilities could use some improvement, and early-morning breakfast options in the immediate area are limited.

Room was cramped. One of the lights didn’t work, the toilet ran non stop, and the shower soaks the entire bathroom. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. But the staff were lovely, and the location was nice- quite walkable and also near a metro stop. It’s a novelty staying on a boat but likely wouldn’t stay again.
