This is a first class hotel in St. Moritz. From the very beginning, during and right to the end it was first class all the way. The staff are extremely attentive. The room itself is to the highest quality in everything they chose, to tap ware, faucets, tiles, wardrobes, stationary, bottled water in glass, fine stem glass ware, amenities inside the bathroom and bedroom, the special thoughts just do not end....... Very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was more than amazing, the staff I wanted to take them all home, the chef's home made pastries, the service from all the staff and attentiveness. Give credit where credit is due! They have won! Attention to detail at every turn!

Was clean and quiet. Staff friendly. Only wished breakfast had more variety than the same offering everyday. Would go back.

We loved the location to everything.. hotel was clean and we had a group of 8.... it was a bit chaotic checking in but the hotel was extremely helpful and understanding! Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. We lpved zürich and we definitely would stay here again!
