Room was humid/hot Leak from ceiling , reached out to staff, apparently contacted maintenance, unable to fix Was not offered to change rooms not even discount Leak was right above toilet, family had to use restroom downstairs

Apparenly furniture isnt moved to vacuum. Moved recliner and found a hat from a previous occupant. Also found dirty comb on the batheroom floor as we were making sure we didnt miss anything in our packing. YUCK.
