Ko Jum All inclusive Vacations

Sadly we didn’t enjoy our stay in this hotel, since we arrived we were expecting some help from the pier to the hotel. We sent a message to the hotel and they never replied. The worst part of our stay is that we had to leave 1 day early because the room was in an awful shape, the water was dirty to even shower, the door knob was broken and also the sofa was stained. When I went to reception to ask them for help the only option was to change room. The problem is the the property has a maintenance problem so it wouldn’t matter. The cleaning staff are amazing but the reception staff are not as good 0% effort. The location is nice also the swimming pool but for the price I hoped to get something better. The breakfast also need improvement, it was kinda cold and also the fruits where having a lot of insects around it . Otherwise the island is really nice.

Great location with beach just over the road. Was like a tranquil oasis away from the great hustle and bustle of Krabi. Spa experiences were amazing after adventure days island hopping.

The best hotel so far, its amazing how they treat people. They have great amenities and food was amazing.

Väldigt fint och rent boende i ett lugnare område jämfört med strandområdet. Utmärkt service av personalen och väldigt hjälpsamma med att boka aktiviteter etc. Frukosten var ett litet minus men utöver det var allt annat perfekt.
