Ko Jum All inclusive Vacations

Probably not maintained or repaired for decades. No service, disgusting breakfast, no other food or drink options, no wi-fi, elevators all broken, broken concrete in (warm) pool area, long walk to rooms up stairs, very limited ratty towels. Over-priced. AVOID!

Great location with beach just over the road. Was like a tranquil oasis away from the great hustle and bustle of Krabi. Spa experiences were amazing after adventure days island hopping.

Super convenient location, on the main Krabi high street to go shopping and access to your own portion of the beach - however it is not a private access. The beach is still available to the public to walk along, the beach deck chairs and tables are raised on an elevated position that is for hotel guests only. Rooms were beautiful, had a lovely tropical feel to them, although a few wear and tear. Breakfast food was lovely too.

If you like a apartnent pool out in nowhere with no staff, prison food and lots og bugs/insects, which is priced much higher then much finer hotels in this area, then this should be your choice. We are a family of 4. Prepaid for this "luxury villa" in advance for 5 nights. We had to pack our staff and find a new hotel after the first night. One of the worst places Ive been to compared ro the price range. Its a newly started hotel (jan 2026). It basically has no maintance or staff it seemed. No handsoap in wc. Construction work noise. You wake up 7 in the morning by screeming muay thai people which were the neighbours. The kitchen has no walls to outside so basically every insect is welcome to share your food. No aircondition in bathrooms so its badly humid/hot. No pool cleaning so you swim with bugs. It wasnt clean either. I stepped on a gum in bedroom. The luxury breakfast was as luxury as a prison meal. Nothing to choose from. We got small glass og orange juice and milk for each of us. With 1 humid bread/crossaint and egg and sausage. A small sample of butter og jam which they probably got free somwhere, was also included. There was no place to get food or drink, no breakfast hall, no civilization nearby, basically no staff..just one person at reception which was unmanned after 22. We checked out after the first night and they didnt even bother to offer refund for rest 4 days paid. Stay away unless you like noise, insects and overpriced rooms.

Amazing property and the staff are soooo wonderful.

Everything including staff, cleanliness, breakfast and amenities were great. Stay is very cooperative. Pools were clean and maintained. The beach was very clean. If you want a great resort experience this is one those.

Great staff. Lovely location with hourly transport. Lovely breakfast. Lovely room
