I was unable to check in on time when arrived in the hotel , for this reason I was forced to book for another hotel and paid more than four hundred US dollars at RUI plaza which I never checked in .

Not enough elevators for the size of the building. One was not working, but even still, it was a long wait for it to arrive and just as long of a time to get to the ground floor. Cot was made up but no pillows. Requested some, but they never arrived. Would stay there again, but not enthusiastically.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff on arrival and then throughout couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning with lots to choose from. Had something different each day. Liked the little touch of the takeaway coffee cups. The room was very large full of facilities and amenities. Can't recommend this hotel enough. We'd definitely stay here again.
