Great Hotel, food very good and staff very accommodating! Next to Train Station so easy access to Geneva City, etc.

Rooms are clean and well prepared before we checked in. Hotel sent free Geneva Transportation cards day before checkin, so we can use it on the bus (Route 10) from airport, and later to city center. The card is also valid for yellow water taxi on Geneva Lake. Breakfast is great for CHF25 per person, but child under 16 is free, good deal for family, considering the average meal price in Geneva. Across the street is big shopping mall you can find almost everything. Overall excellent experience, will boo again next time visit Geneva.

The best hotel we stayed at in all of Switzerland. It was a treat to stay here. The room was so comfortable/ bed/ bathroom all so nice. Super nice and polite staff. A great way to end a tour of Switzerland. Also, the most perfect location!

Clean room with modern clean bathroom.

This hotel is magical and elegant. The food is beautifully prepared, high quality and delicious. You will dine on a patio with a beautiful view. It was truly a special evening for my family. We enjoyed taking public transportation to the hotel. A short train ride from Genève Corantin Station then hop on a short bus ride (bus 73 and get off at Penney Dessis) that drops you off a few minutes from the hotel. This cost 6 CHF pp instead of a 50 uber ride. I highly recommend visiting.

It was fairly hot and the AC couldn’t keep up Bathroom and toilet setup in the room was very strange

Rooms were outdated and do not look like the pictures shown online. I would give this hotel 2 stars. The AC is terrible and the lobby even had spider webs under the chairs not acceptable.

Great location with the next tram stop in a walking distance; a really cosy hotel at a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds! Acceptable food choices if you take a morning bite!
