Brussels West All inclusive Vacations

The room was great and I loved the staff and the atmosphere !

Fabulous location off the Galleries, near Grand Place and lots of restaurants. Easy for Central Station. Well air-conditioned room which we appreciated in the heat. Surprisingly quiet at night given its central location. Would definitely recommend and come again.

On y a passé une excellente nuit. L’hôtel est propre, moderne et confortable. On a aimé la diversité du personnel! Le seul hic est que le staff ne nous a pas bien indiqué où prendre le bus de transfert pour l’aéroport. On a dû appeler et payer un Uber. À part ça, on recommande l’hôtel.

The room was excellent and the bed was probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! The buffet breakfast was reasonably good and the gym was fairly well equipped. The location was a little out from the centre but good for the Châtelain market and closer to the lovely park. Staff could perhaps be more engaging / helpful for this level of property. I very much enjoyed Brussels

Nice hotel overall but the very slow restaurant service let it down massively

This is a perfect location if arriving/leaving via Brussels-Midi train station. It’s an easy 3 minute walk away. It’s also well positioned to walk to the old town with numerous places to eat around. We were on the first floor and could feel the vibration as trains went beneath the hotel. As a result, we didn’t get great sleep. The room was great and staff were lovely. I think I’d stay here again if I could get in a higher floor.

This hotel was advertised with restaurant serving evening meals and they do not open it , I therefore did not stay as its in a poor location for anything other than garage food, They refused to give a refund and took me 7 days to resolve with Hotels.com who were unable to even read their own website and required me to send them snap shots of their description of the hotel absolutely incompetent at the highest level.

The rooms are pleasant and quiet, the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to Brussels and the staff are very kind and courteous. Would very much recommend them!
