Nice hotel overall but the very slow restaurant service let it down massively

The room was excellent and the bed was probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! The buffet breakfast was reasonably good and the gym was fairly well equipped. The location was a little out from the centre but good for the Châtelain market and closer to the lovely park. Staff could perhaps be more engaging / helpful for this level of property. I very much enjoyed Brussels

The staff were very welcoming and efficient and made checking in a breeze. We arrived early and just walked around Brussels while they stored our bags. We got an oleander arise when our room was ready 3 hours early. Room was fantastic and the breakfest in the morning was the perfect way to grab some food before getting the train. Awesome visit to Brussels.

Absolutely super. Large room. Very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Great restaurant with friendly helful staff. All staff seem to speak english well. Huge breakfast selection. Big free carpark. Large wet-room type shower room, with seperate W/C room. My only (very minor) gripes were the rather weak shower water pressure and the air-conditioning was going flat out for 2 days and could only get the room down to 22 degrees.
