Lovely hotel, centrally located, nice bar and restaurant, staff warm and friendly.

My daughter’s dirty clothes—placed directly next to her travel bag on the floor—went missing during our stay. We lost hundreds of dollars in high-end activewear, including a Lululemon jacket, a Vuori set, Alo socks, and a Vuori halter. When I reported it, front desk staff claimed housekeeping "accidentally tossed" the clothes into the trash and that the refuse had already been collected. They refused to show camera footage to verify who entered the room, denied any theft, and insisted it was my mistake for leaving clothing near the bin. Considering how small the room trash cans are, it is completely unreasonable to claim a full wardrobe's worth of bulky clothes was mistaken for garbage. Management took zero accountability and offered no compensation or reimbursement for our lost property—they simply comped a single breakfast. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and security here. I would not recommend staying at a hotel that takes so little care of its guests' personal belongings.

Location, Locarion

Suite was amazing and all room styling worthy of 4 star. Maybe the bathroom shower should not be a handheld one vs a rainfall one was the only feedback for a hotel of this caliber I didn't est here so can't comment on the food but location was central to everything As of now I cannot see anything negative of this place.

Was a perfect place for a quick turnaround in Brussels.

We stayed there for 3 nights.This hotel has great location since its waking distance from the Train station and the city center. However it's vintage in terms of everything needs to be updated or renovated. You feel the shower heads, plumbing, walls everything is old and could use some replacement or renovation. Our safe was not working, we informed the staff to fix it but nothing was done unfortunately, it was still not working until our last day. The head shower was leaking and water can definitely inondate the floor if you are not careful as there is half separation to the tub. The faucet were not working properly. You can definitely hear everything from the neighboring rooms, no privacy what's over. Would I stay there again here probably no as I don't feel it level up to a 4 Star hotel to be honest.
