This hotel was AMAZING. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the amazing meals, this hotel cannot be beat. The people that worked there were charming, friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. There are no words to describe how amazing the food was, whether it was breakfast, shared plates, or an elegantly prepared dinner the food was so delicious. On a scale of 1 to 10 the Nira Caledonia gets a 100 !!

Shower head had black mould on it Staff were not all courteous or knowledgeable (especially with IHG benefits). We were given the opinion we were put in the cheaper side of the hotel as our membership number was not on the booking

Wonderful location, comfortable rooms, good restaurant on property for dinner, and friendly staff (particularly Keith at concierge/doorman). Lovely rooms and common areas, especially the wood paneled study. Only negative is I asked 3x over a 4 night stay to have light bulb in shower to be replaced and it was never done. When mentioned on checkout, I received a “sorry”. Mgmnt should address service lapses.
