Solo traveler visiting Melbourne for the NFL 49ers Rams game and had a 1st class stay at the Treasury on Collins. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The balcony room was exceptional allowing for time outside to soak up the views and sounds of the city. Location in the CBD was outstanding. Close to so much and access to the free transit in the CBD zone and beyond to experience more of the city including to the game at the MCG was priceless. Definitely will look to stay here again when I return. This is a true luxury Hotel.

Basic room but ticked all the boxes for a few nights in Auckland while having a girls weekend. Plenty of room, decent bathroom, quiet, $15 continental breakfast if needed. Only gripe was my mattress in room G4 needs upgrading. It's past its prime with sagging area in the middle & uneven lumpiness in the middle. I still managed to sleep well after finding the right spot to settle but definitely needs seeing to. If walking from the cbd the hotel is up a hill so easy to walk down but if unable to manage the climb back an uber is recommended.

The apartment was lovely. Water front - nice views. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Great food nearby. Great pool.

The room was as described and very clean. The hotel was located in a great neighborhood near the Queen Victoria Market and walking distance to most restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location. Small tired room, uncomfortable beds and unventilated bathrooms. There’s a dance club opened on Friday and Saturday nights in the property. We were on the 4th Floor and could hear the music faintly. It got louder after midnight and ended at 3am. I’m not a light sleeper but was woken by music a couple of times.
