Poor customer service especially if you are Asian. Every time I will go to the Bar Bohio Barcelo Bavaro Beach, they just ignoring me as if they don’t see anybody on the line up. So many times I felt discriminated, why? Because the staff on that Bar are prioritizing Spanish and White people. I’m so thankful to the two ladies that they talked the bartender why they kept escaping me and snubbing me. Not recommended at all.

Room was stinking, we changed over to another room. The AC was not working in the second room and the fan was broken. Some of the Resort restaurants were not good at all.

9/10 とても素晴らしい (口コミ 2,260 件)
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback.
We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out.
Also, towels were not replenished despite our request.
On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom.
We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you.
We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.
