Beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the room everything was amazing. The luxury red room feel throughout the hotel was wonderful and we loved the breakfast included at our stay as well as the courtyard.

Everything was perfect!!

The location is ideal to Musikverein and the center of the city. You can walk to most of the popular spots from the hotel. Breakfast menu was excellent and the hotel staffs were friendly and warm.

Extremely friendly bell staff and very quick service for baggage collection. The staff in the lobby/bar area were very friendly. The room was spacious and had tall ceilings, it felt grand but updated. Far away from the chaos of the center of the city but easy enough to walk to it.

Staff were terrific and so helpful with trains and advice on sights! Philipp and Lagos were exceptional caring for us, reheating our leftovers, city attractions and providing us with GREAT service. Location of this hotel is FANTASTIC! Close to everything, bakery for breakfast and coffee, Underground and many shops and museums. Rooms are nicely appointed and beds and pillows comfortable! Room was nothing special. Overpriced.

Nice property and we had no issues checking in shortly after midnight. Staff was always nice. Room cleaning occurs every few days but you can easily request it earlier with a QR code found in the room. Only complaint is that the AC hardly worked and we were very warm even though it was April. Made it difficult to sleep some nights. Also, there is only a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner offered - just a heads up.

It’s great hotel, everything excellent parking, breakfast, employee on reception, hotel condition, location few minutes from U-bann & Schönbrunn. PLUS Good rate

We had a excellent stay at the Leo grand, the location is excellent and you can walk to most of the sights.the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good quality and there was a good selection. We will definitely go back again and would highly recommend it

Comfortable bed, clean room & bathroom, excellent helpful & courteous staff.
