Air conditioning didn’t work. Had to switch rooms

We stayed here for the 2nd time and always enjoyed the warmth and welcoming hospitality.

We were pleasantly surprised with his hotel. It was quite nice. Probably the only negative thing was there was some rumbling from inside the building. We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls. Very historic building. We would stay there again for sure.

It’s a very beautiful and historical hotel close to everything in downtown Cleveland. Our room was great with plenty of space and an extra sitting area. Kitchen and bar are open to midnight with great food. I highly recommend.
