The room I booked was very very small I had to pay 277 euros more to get the room I thought I booked. The manager was very nice and helpful. I just didn’t know they had a room that small and I have to pay so much more to get something descent

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the politeness and professionalism of the staff — both were excellent throughout my stay.
However, a couple of things could be improved. Room service took over an hour, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, I was uncomfortable to see a guest inappropriately undressed in the pool area, which I feel should have been addressed by staff for the comfort of all guests.

It felt really corporate and there was no room service! I was starving and all the restaurants close by were closed. I called for room service and they said it was closed indefinitely.

Kaiserhof Hotel is lovely. All staff are professional and give excellent service. Attention is given to every detail. Breakfast is delicious and a wonderful way begin our day.
