Absolutely love this hotel, have stayed twice this year and it is a lovely location. The rooms are lovely and a good size with comfortable beds, the breakfast is fantastic, the sauna area is excellent, the staff are wonderful. Can't wait to stay again!

No parking. We had to park blocks away in a paid parkade that was expensive.
Came for the pool but didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to our lateness, as well you have to pay extra for access to it which was not worth the 1-2 hours of potential enjoyment that we could’ve had.
We also did not feel that safe in this area of the city where the hotel was. A lot of graffiti everywhere. What appeared to be the ?homeless consuming drugs during our walk from the parkade. I would not come to this hotel again.
