Great boutique hotel. Clean and quiet. Close to restaurants, shops and walking distance to attractions.

Perfect location. Staff was so pleasant and nice. Very comfortable rooms.

The room was great, a lot bigger than expected. The staff were nice and friendly. We ate breakfast in the restaurant, it was not so good

Comfortable and clean. Close to Viaduct harbour, shop and cafes close by. Good WiFi. Free bottle of wine with room booking. Breakfast voucher to use at nearbye cafe option.

Had lunch at he lobby restaurant. Appreciate the attendant taking my order but when I asked him about specifics about the food he simply said to me that he knew nothing about the food and he had never eaten at the restaurant which was a discouraging. Also the food took over a half an hour to be received. I had to get a server to provide me a time of arrival. I stayed here three times, I think I made get change to a different hotel next time.

Clean room. Okay internet, but very basic accommodations. No USB ports, no food options, room smell strongly of artificial lilies.
