Always a great stay for us as a stopover on our way and return from Rarotonga. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean. The airport shuttle picks us up from the airport and returns us the next day to continue our journey.

Bar and restaurant great, food was delicious
Complimentary house drinks were a nice surprise at check in and used gratefully.
Parking onsite was easily done via app.

It was great for our stopover as we wanted the proximity to the airport. Check-in was fast, check-out was fast, and we don’t have to leave the hotel for a meal after a long flight. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying there again.

We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉
