Staff were so nice- especially Anna! All staff were so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Beautiful place to stay at.
Personally wouldn’t recommend over 3 or 4 nights in colder weather as it does get a little hard to figure out plans.

I loved this hotel. Honestly, this is now one of my top 5 hotels to stay. The hotel and room were esthetically beautiful. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved the sustainability focus. It was in a great location and I had a beautiful view.
I will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay if you have to stay somewhere in Auckland CBD. Being a casino property it has heaps of security and places to eat and drink.

Stayed in an Urban room and would highly recommend. Very well appointed, clean, spacious, comfortable room with a nice bathroom. A very nice stay and we will be back.
