I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

It is a beautiful place! However, if you go in MAY, THE HEAT IN THE ROOMS ARE UNBEARABLE!

The hotel is walkable distance to Zurich airport. It's very convenient place to stay if you need to catch early flight.

Welcome proximity to baggage claim, shopping (two top chocolatiers have shops very nearby withingThe Circlc , and check-in at the airport. Excellent restaurant--unique ribs for lanb-lovers. Terrific staff.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

Stunning place

Totally outstanding hotel! We loved everything about it, to the spacious rooms with all the necessities you can think of, to the staff and the delicious breakfast! The location is perfect to if you use the train since the station is right in front of the hotel. We’ll come back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Love the location and the view. Very clean. Service is excellent at the restaurant. Food is great for dinner. Really easy to get to many attractions. Would stay again.
