Western Brandenburg All inclusive Vacations

The nationality & passport mentioned in the check-in form was ‘United States’ by default. We’re Canadians, and the form shouldn’t have US pre-printed. There’s was water leakage from the AC just before check-out.

Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice.

Beautiful hotel in a very secluded area with access to a beach on the lake.

Everything is very good

Pillow service was fantastic. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. The staff was friendly and recognized you within two days. There were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room, probably due to the New Year’s busy period.

Clean room, yummy breakfast, staff was nice

Great staff, they were extremely helpful in all regards.

All was good, nice and spacious. Not sure why we got an accessible room (for wheel chairs or elderly).
