He was a tremendous resource when I had questions about planned activities, how to get around the city and how to best get back to the airport. He's a tremendous customer service representative for your hotel -- friendly, well-spoken, positive attitude.

Room was nice and clean and the shower products were delightful. Paulo was instrumental in resolving the issue with our air conditioning unit. He was able to solve the problem quickly and easily with no disruption to our holiday. We really appreciated him!
