Murray Valley All inclusive Vacations

The staff were very helpful, and the room upgrade made our stay much more comfortable. I had called ahead to let them know I would be traveling with my mother, who is elderly and sensitive to noise, and they were very accommodating. Although there was a slight miscommunication at first, the front desk receptionist handled it professionally and made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was great, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

There were no teaspoons in the room to stir coffee or sugar when making a cuppa

Nice rooftop bar, great view! Horrible shower with no door! Front desk staff weren’t that friendly.

Rooms are tired with worn carpet, both TVs didn't work, Foxtel didn't work, walls are grubby, ventilation in bathroom was limited and lifts are slow.

Didn’t have breakfast or require parking. Room was clean
