Chiba Prefecture All inclusive Vacations

Based on photos, I expected a more Ace standard vs mid-level hotel so was disappointed for the price paid. The staff were all very nice though!

We had a wonderful stay. We only stayed for one night and wished we were in Tokyo for longer--we would have stayed here for sure. The hotel and the surrounding garden is beautiful. After a busy week in Japan, we thoroughly enjoyed walking through the gardens in the morning before heading to the airport. The gardens host the 'cloud' feature which is amazing to see. Even more importantly, the gardens are home to historic sites from Japan's extensive history. It is clear that the hotel and its staff take immense pride in keeping up with the grounds. The service was immaculate as well. We felt incredibly relaxed and pampered the whole time we were there, and are very thankful to the staff for their professionalism and care. We are already looking forward to our stay the next time we are back in Tokyo.

Having washer/dryer in the room is handy. In a quiet neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Rooms are big for Tokyo.

Excelente apartamento, muy bien equipado.

Good stay for 3 people (1 couple and a friend) - good location and had all amenities we required. Very useful to have basic cooking capabilities and a washing machine in the room. When there were any issues, staff were responsive and promptly addressed them.

We stayed here one night. It’s only a ten minute walk from Shinagawa Station making it very easy for us foreigners to get there. (Especially after that 13 hour flight and 1 hour train ride.) They have a Japanese Garden and it is beautiful. Staff spoke English on a fluent level. Rooms were spacious and clean. The view of the Tokyo Tower at night was beautiful. There’s a 7-11 in the basement making it super convenient to grab a snack and drink. We didn’t eat there but there was restaurant and coffee place in the lobby area.

This was such a great place to stay with my family we had two kids it was so clean, and family friendly staff was wonderful. Only good things
