Exceptional property. From the location, to the furnishings and communication from Host. I was impressed.
However, the check in was quite inconvenient as the key is located off site, in a lockbox on a very busy corner. I would encourage them to reevaluate this and find a closer option.

Right location with view and within walking distance. Practical room layout. Despite our 12 hour flight delay, the staff have been accommodating and understand our need, helpful spa staff in taking me to the hydrotherapy, which is a plus facility

Retro vibe of the Ohtel. It is like a home away from home.
Just a heads up if you are a light sleeper, dont book a room on the street side of the hotel. Music from viaduct is very loud.
