West Side All inclusive Vacations

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in my life. I came here for the first time to Chicago and me and my girl. Upon arrival they gave us a complementary room upgrade. Where are they doing that at so as you can see, I am very happy with our stay so I will recommend this hotel to anybody and I think we might even come back here again. You know any they have good amenities

I have stayed at the Peninsula many times. They are advertising their 25th anniversary in Chicago now. In many ways, it is the same Peninsula. Excellent service and plush accommodations. In other ways, it is looking tired. It is not as clean as it could be. Little things are missing. At the Z Bar for example, the bar let's you sit down without cleaning the area after others have left. The rooms are clean but looking older now. I'll probably come back, but I'll look at other options next time I travel to Chicago. I would say Peninsula in Chicago is very good but not amazing anymore.

Beds were VERY uncomfortable and the street noise was outrageous..like street racing all night outside

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed. The staff was beyond excellent. They were very accommodating, helpful and worked with us when everyone’s arrival time changed. They allowed us to check in early and check in late. We reserved three separate rooms and all of them were excellent. Breakfast was good with a wide range of food options. We had a party of six and everyone was extremely happy. Location was perfect. Walking to all the usual spots, walking to Michigan Ave was just around the corner, an easy walk to catch the train to Wrigley. Overall extremely enjoyable and will stay again, next time in town
