Macedon and Spa Country All inclusive Vacations

Parking is secure, but the only issue that we had was parking on 1A and 2A getting our luggage up to the elevators. There are stairs. I would recommend that guests get their luggage out or load luggage on the first floor in the bays intended for registration. Our room was GREAT! It was roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet! Not sure how we rated a room on the 17th floor, but oh what a view! Thanks to the staff for meeting all of our needs!

Beautifully designed hotel with very generously sized rooms, and fantastic amenities. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, however bar staff were rude. Really love the hotel, but soundproofing between rooms is terrible - had to change rooms because of noise, but both rooms had the same noise problem.

Another great stay at the QT. This is an excellent boutique hotel, which on the one hand keeps the vibe of a boutique, but on the other is big enough for a full restaurant, and wonderful rooftop bar. Highly recommended when you are in Melbourne.

Nice comfortable room in a good location, but the bathroom was strange. Sliding walls to close it off were cumbersome to use. This could have been designed better. Lights are a bit of challenge as they are push buttons that down always click…. Shower was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Older building with single pane windows that let all the outside sound in - I could hear the pigeons outside and garbage pick up (which seems to be every night between 3:00 and 5:00 am). Location is awesome - as long as you want to be right in the middle of town. Appreciated the laundry but needed cash (A$) to get coins from front desk. Could not charge to credit card.

The room is generally matched with what it was listed. Pretty spacious and clean on arrival. Great location. Overall experience was good. The only disappointment was I called the night before to the staff that I have extended and paid for another two nights, wishing to keep the same room stays. However I still got waken up by their morning call from the front desk asking me to check out. It seems there’s no communication between shifts or proper documentation from the night staff. Else I request to do the housekeeping, expecting the bathroom floor will be cleaned as well but the hairs were still on the floor.
