Lovely hotel, in a perfect location with easy access to buses and taxis to get into the centre of Valencia. Would stay again

Breakfast was excellent!

good location - breakfast buffet could be improved - all hot items were cold by the time we had them (like 10AM).

We were given room 1001...on the 10th floor, at the end of the corridor and away from the elevators so it was nice and quiet. And extremely spacious! The breakfast buffet was fantastic...lots of choice, sweet and savoury, a variety of hot and cold drinks.

Very good experience overall. Clean room and staff was professional and courteous. The area located is far from the historic district but it is a walkable distance to the metro. The room servicing was good. The bathroom was nice with a tub included, as well as shampoo and bath gel. There is laundry service for a fee. Overall a good experience.

Excellent all around hotel. Staff were very friendly amd courteous. Great rooms. Fair price and loxation is excellent close to all nearby points of interests

The bar at the restaurant made terrific drinks great suggestions will definitely go back the ladies in the breakfast area where really amazing and knowledgeable about what they were offering many thanks to Palacio valier

Easy check in process and was very responsive by text message. But the AC was not strong and the shower was a little dirty.

Nice hotel, good service however they served cold eggs, cold tortilla española, etc.
