Naxos and Lesser Cyclades All inclusive Vacations

I stayed 3 nights in a triple room in a newly renovated part of the hotel. Clean sheets, blankets and towels - new bathroom, huge terrace, good A/C. For the amazing price without breakfast I can’t complain. The pool was immaculate - no one uses it but a lovely large cool pool with a jacuzzi and nice sunbeds with umbrellas. Reception area lovely. Staff - Ton Ton, Kirsty and the other blonde receptionist delightful! Things to consider: beds were very hard in my room- thin doors in this new area with difficult locks - I mentioned a couple of things to the manager and he was keen to hear and improve! I asked for a blanket for under the sheet as mattress topper and I slept fine! The hotel is just outside the centre of Fira, not much in the way of reliable public transport so if you don’t mind a 20min walk into town with an amazing bakery on the way… Really recommend getting a car (from the port or airport) in Santorini - best way to see the island - buses are a bit dismal - Enjoy!

The view from the hotel room is amazing. A piece of heaven on earth.The staff are extremely helpful and wonderful. the hotel is truly authentic. That being said, the room amenities are limited/dated compared to North American standards.

We were put up at this hotel when we arrived and the place we booked turned out to be a scam. The staff went above and beyond to help; from out rooms to helping book transportation. I would recommend this hotel for the staff alone.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, pool and bar/restaurant area were very clean, upgraded feeling. We had booked two rooms, one room was a quad and was newer and upgraded however it was in an underground level with many stairs to get down. We had an accident and my son fell down the stairs, there was no railing and he slipped bruising his back and hip. Our room was quite dated, with a very foul smell coming from the air conditioner. Location is about a 10 minute drive to main area in Fira, in my opinion, you do need a vehicle to get around. Overall, if you are looking for a budget and family friendly place to stay in Santorini, this is a great choice, however some of the rooms could use upgrading.

You cannot get to this hotel by vehicle which I didn’t know ahead of time. They “contacted us” on WhatsApp which I don’t have. Our driver once realizing you cannot reach by vehicle dropped us off at the bottom of the hill and said it’s up there. The phone number doesn’t reach anybody so after wandering around up the hills and down the hills for over an hour we finally found some nice person that could help us. He directed us to the hotel. it takes 20 minutes when you know where you’re going to get to the hotel up and down steep steps. We finally got the hotel and the room was not ready. We waited for 2 1/2 hours. Once we were told the room was ready, We went to have a look. When we tried to use the hot tub it was dirty with somebody else’s rose petals. There are no roses in the vicinity. There is no toilet paper. The air conditioning didn’t work, the TV was wasn’t working, safe wasn’t working, the coffee maker wasn’t working. Nothing was as it was advertised. The staff was not able to help with anything. We were never able to get anybody on the phone or speak to a manager. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Location and views were spectacular! Staff were extremely helpful throughout with all activities we wanted to participate in as well. Room was so elegant and cleaning staff was great. Highly recommend.
