Check in was a little long because only one person was working the desk. There was an issue with the television, it was out for two days. Overall it was a nice hotel for a quick get away. I loved that it was a smoke free environment. Also parking is not free if you are planning to bring your vehicle.

The location is perfect for anything you can think of. The hotel staff is amazing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Loved being able to walkout to the trolley. Just a short walk to the French Quarters, Willie Mae’s and other local attractions.
