The views of the marina alone are worth the stay. Attentive and friendly staff. On-site restaurants were top tier for everything: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Stayed here for our LA shopping trip! Its close to everything you need and its super cute!! Will stay here again 100%

This hotel could be great if it were properly staffed with a high end hospitality background and about 10-20 more staff overall (servers, valet, bellmen, front desk, maintenance, pool, etc). The food is good, especially the fish tacos and Lobster roll, but the amount of time it took the kitchen to prepare meals at both the Sandpiper and for in-room dining was astonishing. My kids were falling asleep by the time room service would arrive at our room and with incorrect orders. The beds/pillows/bedding are nice but the layout of the staircases to/from each floor is utterly bizarre and because we had an Ocean cows room, the cars, sirens, and honking on Ocean Ave did not make for an ideal way to wake up.

Room was clean. Shower has two heads which is nice. A/C works. Not the most modern room but overall me and my gf had a great time and felt pretty safe.

There was no microwave in the room. There also was no luggage cart so we had to make multiple trips to our car for our luggage. Also elevator only allows for two persons at a time so that was another downfall. Air conditioner three cold air however it felt very humid.

Perfect location to eat often at Grand Central Market!
