Room was good, Front Desk staff Terrible should Not be there.

Great location, All our needs met. A few little fixes in communal areas required and reception hours different to what was on website but overall great value for money. We would stay again for sure.

Great room! Our room was clean, modern furnishings and very well appointed ( including a Nespresso Coffee Machine and Mini-bar fridge. The staff were courteous and efficient. The bar and restaurant downstairs was convenient and the pool lovely. The hotel is also in a great location!

This is a nice hotel, located in a quiet area. Our room was a good size and comfortable. We ordered room service on our first night and enjoyed the quality and taste of what we ordered - as well as the timeliness of receiving our order. The area is walkable and has dining options.

The location, the extremely friendly helpful staff! We were given an upgrade to a loft suite, a lovely surprise. Would definitely stay here again

We were impressed with the city views and balcony area, size of the apartment and proximity to areas we wanted to visit. However, the room had a very bad sewerage/drain smell which didn’t seem to dissipate during the stay. The car park entry is 2.1m but the actual carpark we were given did not fit a larger car in it due to the limited underground parking areas. The apartment was very noisy with city and train noises all night long, which is understandable for the location but if you do not like too much noise, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

Room was perfect for what we need, staff were really accommodating, we arrived 6 hours early and they allowed us access to room when they didnt need to, really helpful for our family

Balcony overlooked the car park, room a little small, probably needs a little renovation.
