San Gabriel Valley All inclusive Vacations

We had a great stay. The place was very well kept, clean and comfy. It was a short walk to many sites. The rooftop patio was a definite added bonus. We didn’t use the parking but the instructions were very clear on how to if you needed. It would’ve been nice to have some added amenities like dish soap and dish cloths but other than that, it really had everything we needed. The neighbourhood felt safe and it was quite clean compared to other areas we walked through. The host are very quick at returning messages isn’t answering questions we had. They were very accommodating and we would gladly stay here again in the future.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The bed was comfortable.

5 star amenities but not ( star service. Late room cleans. Thin walls. Can’t get service by the pool need to order on app and collect from restaurant. Very strange

Emma at the front desk was wonderful. She is friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The property is so beautiful and tranquil plus the accommodations are elegant and comfortable. Food was excellent as well

My family and I recently stayed here and unfortunately our experience was not the best. One of the restrooms in our room would not get hot water at all. The water stayed cold and my daughter even cried because of how cold it was. The room itself also stayed very warm and we couldn’t get the temperature to cool down enough to be comfortable. Because the hotel is located in downtown Los Angeles, it is also extremely loud at night, which made it hard to rest. Most importantly, I was very disappointed with the handicap parking situation. This is my second time staying here and both times the handicap spaces were taken up by luxury vehicles. When I asked about it, I was told to just park in the garage instead, which defeats the purpose of having designated handicap parking. Overall, I expected better accommodations and accessibility for the price and location.

Older property, but clean rooms and great location!

Truly an exceptional stay, dare I say one of my top stays at a hotel in the US. Every single member of the staff is service-minded, impeccably trained, and polite. They took the experience to the next level.
