Swiss Alps All inclusive Vacations

Great location for using the tram. Lovely rooms. My son and I did the bunk bed room and it was much larger than I expected. Great that it had a free basic mini bar (refilled once a day), but no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing. Whilst breakfast wasn’t cheap, it was probably average for Switzerland prices. My son loved the juice machine and waffle maker. The pool was on the cool side, which is ok if you are swimming, but not for chilling in. Bonus was the gym, although it’s not monitored and kids did get in and mess around. Would recommend the hotel, especially if you have teenagers as my 13 year old loved it.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to a tram stop and 1 stop to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful although housekeeping needs attention as they missed topping up the coffee pods for the Nespresso machine a few times, no big deal however considering the premium price you pay, well i think this is expected. The kitchen was handy as we then could make our own breakfast which helps out cost wise. There is a microwave & cooktop & all the necessary cooking implements along with clean crockery & utensils. We didn’t eat at all do cannot comment on the quality. However, we did have a few drinks at the bar near the foyer which was very nice, the staff are excellent and gave us complimentary nibbles. There is a good coffee machine in reception which is free to use. Overall we had a very nice experience at this accommodation, clean and maintained well.

A Very Pleasant Stay in Milan I really enjoyed my stay at Uptown Palace. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the location is very convenient, with the underground just a few minutes’ walk away. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant is on the 13th floor and has glass windows all around, so you get beautiful views across Milan while having breakfast. It was a lovely way to start the day and definitely one of the things I enjoyed most about the hotel. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely choose Uptown Palace again the next time I’m in Milan. A good hotel, convenient location and a really enjoyable breakfast experience.

Great rooms - the restaurant is really good! There are restaurants close by - but plan on getting a taxi to get closer to the Duomo. Taxis usually arrive in less than 5 minutes. Do not book transportation through the hotel to get to and from the airport. No one met us at the airport and the driver who was supposed to take us to the airport never showed up. Not the hotel fault - but be warned.

Súper súper nice staff, they will go above and beyond to help. I will come back. Probably one of the over views of the city.

Not enough coat hangers in wardrobe, then again that's my eternal complaint. Staff need to handle room transition more efficiently and be more aware when guests extend stay.
