Great location! Room is clean. Friendly staff.

Our stay at the Capital hotel was wonderful. Traveled with a 3yo toddler and my mom, which were their first time in London. Our room was the 1 bedroom. It was spacious and incredibly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s even a washer and dryer. The location was fantastic as it was only a few steps from Harrods’ and the area was well located to get to all the attractions with the buses. Walking distance to the National and Science museums. We stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable. Best of all were the staff. They were very accommodating especially with a toddler and assisted with every request. My daughter wanted olives at breakfast and they made her so happy with olives each morning. Or magically appeared with crayons and coloring books when she only mentioned it to me mere seconds before if she could color but I didn’t have any with us. The staff were really exceptional. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Taxi dropped us off the hotel entrance. A doorman open the door and took our luggages. Greeted by another concierge to bring us to receptionist. We were seated by the fire place with some snacks and champagne. The experience was wonderful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet.

Great hotel - everything is new, well designed and appointed. Great bed! Front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff are all well trained, professional, courteous and helpful. The restaurant is excellent. Located near Victoria Station with easy walking to Buckingham Palace, Parliament, Trafalgar Square, etc. The only concern might be the people who hang around the sidewalk near the hotel after dark. We never had a problem, but it might make some visitors uncomfortable. Overall a great place to stay - Highly recommend.

Great hotel in a lively and fun area. Excellent restaurants nearby - loved Dishoom and Gloria particularly. Great to be able to book a room for 4.

Rooms small for 2 but functional and very convenient

Fantastic chic hotel. Lovely room with everything needed. Friendly staff, super breakfast and perfect location near Hyde Park, Harrods and underground.

My daughters and I spent our final 2 nights in London at The Pelham. It was the perfect cap to the trip. The location was excellent, the kindest staff, the beds were very comfy, and the small touches like the beautiful floral mugs and the pink slippers. The restaurant was delicious as well, we enjoyed an Italian supper, and filling breakfasts. We can’t wait to visit again.
