Worst stay ever for us. Rooms are supposed to be funky and ECO but there was no fridge, the lighting was so poor we could not view the telephone, the wardrobes or to make a coffee. We had to use light from our phone. No side tables. Only a small wall shelf big enough to put your phone. If you have medical equipment you have nowhere to put them. The restaurant manager was rude.
We left very very disappointed and displeased.

The hotel is located very closely to the lake Zurich and close to the Old Town where the shopping and restaurants are. The hotel does not have A/C which is very hard to sleep or stay in the room when the temperature outside is over 20’s C. Also, there is no coffee or tea in the room.

Clean room but we were charged for a breakfast that was not available. I have asked this to be refunded on Sepember 12th, but it is still outstanding. Be careful with this host.

close to tram stop and not too far from some attractions but if i had known id have to lug all my stuff up 2 flights of spiral stairs, i would have chosen somewhere else. there is no ac, so you have to sleep with the windows open and hope that people in the 6 or 8

It's a good hotel, the beds are good, the pillows are good, and that's why we stayed there, but the AC was mediocre. It was warm, too warm to sleep well. The ac controller says -3 degrees.... of what? This alone makes us deciding not to return there anymore.

El checkin fue accidentado.
Llegamos y el codigo no funcionaba en la puerta de la habitación y ya eran las 3 pm.
Habiamos varios huéspedes con el mismo problema.
Uno de los huéspedes hizo una llamada y resolvieron, de repente a todos nos funcionó el codigo respectivamente.
En la habitación éramos dos personas y solo había un vaso, no había agua de tomar.
El aire acondicionado no enfriaba. La temperatura mas baja tomaba era 25 grados y aun así l se sentía muy caliente.
Por otro lado de o decir que el hotel estaba muy bien ubicado y era limpio.
