It is a modern hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. The location is excellent and a short walk away from shopping and site seeing places. The pool is very small and it is really intended for kids or cooling off. It is more like a pond. Overall, highly recommended.

What a wonderful stay! Our family of seven enjoyed the spacious accommodations! The bed were comfortable, the cotton sheets smooth and cool, the fully functional kitchen allowed us to prepare meals, the location was close to shopping and numerous restaurants and tapas cafes, as well as bus and train access

Generally we enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues as I outline below. I hope my comments are useful for both future guests of the hotel so that they can improve and also future guests. 1) We booked the Audi with the Red Level - this was excellent 2) Not all of the pools as photo'd on expedia are available to hotel guests. One can be used by hotel guests adults and kids. The other 2 'adults only' pools is owned by another company and only available for free for Red Level hotel guests. We were but we have to reserve a seat / lounger in advance. We found the staff very unhelpful and rude at this adult pool. My wife arrived and said she was Red Level at the hotel, the lady said 'really?' and rolled her eyes and then another lady rolled her eyes. My wife was nicely dressed and was very taken back by the rudeness. Then they said 'we shall call the hotel to check' and then after 5 minutes let her in. I also had a bad experience at this particular pool. A similar scenario and they said they were fully booked but 90% of seats were empty. Another experience where a drink took 45 minutes to arrive. Its a pool where people turning up to use it is seems to be a real inconvenience to the staff working there and they would prefer to keep seats empty at busier times in order to earn more money from paid guests (not hotel users) and they really dont respect hotel guests. Avoid this place!! Eric on concierge at the hotel was excellent!
