Great experience, great staff, and great location. Went to Toronto for a weekend getaway and this hotel was great.

Room was very nice and the location was great. The staff was late checking in.

This is just a great building, global stays is a pleasure and is a very easy process. The security guards are awesome and very friendly and helpful. Doesn’t hurt having a view of the skydome or cn tower for your morning coffee

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom is slightly outdated. Service and amenities are not comparable to other five star hotels in Toronto with similar cost- ritz and four seasons

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Toronto! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Mostly good for a first visit! The suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great for the proximity to the city and the airport. (About a 25 minute drive to Pearson). The room decor, although not shabby - is straight out of the 1980s. I had specifically asked for a suite with a washer and I got it - complete with an “Out of Order” sign. My first attempt to check in a few hours early was met with a sharp rule reading of check in times and failure to request an early check in.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was helpful and polite, the room was clean and beautiful. The view from the 46 floor was incredible. Will definitely stay here again.
