Best hotel in Munich with a great location. Super helpful and friendly staff in the heart of Old Town. Would recommend to all.

We selected this hotel because we know there is a airport express nearby, and we stay only one night and need to go to the airport next day. When we checked in the hotel around 7pm on October 11, the man we talked to at the reception desk was a short man. We mentioned the express bus, and he told us there is no such bus and there are multiple NH hotels. There maybe express bus near other NH hotel. He suggested the best way is to book a taxi. We booked the taxi through him. Later I checked online again, and found there is a Lufthansa express bus within two-minute walk distance from the hotel. I could hardly believe that he would not know the express bus. Why did he try to confuse us, and want us to book a more expensive taxi? I don't expect a man at the reception desk of a 4-star hotel is always helpful, but he should at least be honest.

The Business Center service is awful and the staff are extremely arrogant and unhelpful. They even gave me the wrong email address to send my documents to, so they can print them. Wasted almost 90 min. Horrible experience.
