Excellent stay all-round

Still in the process of new owners taking over, so for example can’t accept Amex yet. Most things remain the same - lots of opportunities for new owners to improve, from a fairly average spa with only a few jets working for 3 minutes at a time, to noisy rooms with average aircon. Breakfast very overpriced and omelettes especially poor.

Very welcoming staff, easy check in, great location.

Great hotel, but the room was a little aged.

Parking available onsite, room was clean and as pictired on walk to cuba st.

A well located hotel which is understated from the street , with lovely welcoming staff and that Chicago style interior from a by-gone era.
